Join the country’s leading Christmas party organiser Vivid Experience Ltd as an Events Administrative Assistant. This 6 month temporary role offers great experience to the events industry seeing first-hand how we organise our Christmas Party World events for over 100,000 guests!
You’ll be part of a small and friendly team that designs and delivers every aspect of our amazing parties in-house.
You'll be the first point of contact for everyone who books a party at one of our amazing venues - helping to book tickets, order food, chasing overdue payments and answering emails and phone calls from customers.
You’ll also be contacting potential customers who have shown an interest in our parties via our website, and will be responsible for upselling our great value drinks packages ahead of the parties.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly and confident on the telephone, and a team player who is willing to get stuck in to help the small team to deliver our world-class events.
