Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to start within 6 months of employment.
Experience in Years
At least 2 years in residential childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.

Essential Requirements and Experience
* Passion: Commitment to making a positive impact on young people's lives
* Experience: At least 2 years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role
* Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to enrol within 6 months
* Knowledge: Familiarity with The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Skills: Leadership, planning, organising, and budget control
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding Trauma: Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour
* Driving License: Full UK required
