Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, Data Infrastructure will be responsible for the Data Infrastructure of the Reporting, Analytics and Insights group within LPL's Customer Care organization. This role will be part of a team of data professionals who deploy internal ETLs and Data infrastructure, as well as define requirements and specifications for enterprise data warehouse solutions focused on Customer Care.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather data requirements and create specifications for data warehouse solutions.
2. Analyze technical systems and business models to ensure solutions meet needs.
3. Research and evaluate sources of information for reliability and usability.
4. Support data quality, integrity, and standardization initiatives.
5. Build proof of concept activities by assembling large data sets and creating data pipelines.
6. Design and implement process improvements, automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and enhance ETL processes.
7. Lead technical design and implementation for dashboards and reporting.
8. Collaborate with IT on Customer Care projects and monitor deliverables.
9. Perform user acceptance testing.
10. Evaluate and influence ETL and database tool selection and deployment.

Requirements:
* 2+ years experience with SQL, relational databases, and familiarity with various databases.
* 2+ years experience with ETL/Visualization tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, Tableau.
* 2+ years experience with data warehouse architecture and design.
* Experience in root cause analysis and process improvement.
* Proven ability to lead data warehouse projects from inception to post-production.
* Excellent multitasking and task management skills.
* Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
* Analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Core Competencies:
* Extensive SQL experience.
* Data Warehouse Architecture and Design.
* Experience with ETL/Visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Tableau.
Preferences:
* MS SQL Server experience.
* Snowflake experience.
* Additional experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Liquibase, Octopus Deploy.
Pay Range:
$83,400-$139,000/year. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, education, location, and performance. Benefits include 401K matching, health benefits, stock options, paid time off, and more.
