Role: Senior Support Worker
Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
Pay: £15.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
* Provide care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs
* Observe, monitor, and document residents’ progress with care and dignity
* Encourage and assist residents in developing independent living skills
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
* Level 3 in Residential Childcare is Essential - candidates without this will not be considered
* A strong desire to create positive outcomes for children and young adults with learning disabilities
* An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach
* At least 6 months of experience in a UK social care setting
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* The right to work in the UK
* A valid driving license and access to a car (essential due to rural location)
