Vacancy: Day Concierge
Location: Waterloo area
Salary: £31,000
Hours/Days: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts
We are currently seeking 2 x experienced, highly presentable and customer focused Day Concierge to work at a modern, high end residential development of circa 150 properties in the Waterloo area.
As a Day Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of 5 star customer service and ensuring a safe, presentable and well maintained living environment for all residents at the development.
Key Responsibilities
The Day Concierge will be responsible for;
* Meeting and greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
* Maintain accurate logs for all visitors to the development
* Receiving and managing all residents deliveries ensuring accuracy in reporting and appropriate notifications are sent out to residents as required
* Ensuring all enquiries and questions are dealt with and responded to promptly
* Ensuring all health and safety issues are highlighted to the appropriate person and dealt with efficiently
* Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues on the development ensuring a seamless service
* Key management and recording
* Ensuring effective communication across all service partners, developing the one-team approach and striving for service excellence
* Conducting regular security patrols as required of estate and residential areas
* Monitoring CCTV
* Managing resident move in bookings and requirements for the amenity spaces
* Confidently act as main point of contact for residents both in person and via communications streams in resident app
* Providing recommendations to residents on local area attractions and assist with restaurant reservations, ticketing and transport arrangements as requested
* Supporting the smooth resident move-in and move-out process
Candidate Specification:
The Day Concierge must meet the following criteria
* Have a minimum of 2 years Residential Night or Day Concierge experience essential
* Be proactive, driven, motivated, energetic and enthusiastic about the role
* Be customer focused
* Be articulate well spoken
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have an excellent command of the English language
* Have exceptional personal presentation
* Be IT literate
* Be a naturally supportive team player
