About the Role

Rev & Regs are recruiting for a
Fire & Security Service Coordinator
role for a leading company in the facilities management industry.

The role leans towards the Fire & Security sector. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Service Coordinator
to support the smooth delivery of both planned maintenance and reactive/emergency call-outs.

This is a key role within the operations team, acting as the link between clients, engineers, and suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for
job scheduling, record management
, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, professionally, and in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule engineers for planned maintenance and emergency call-outs.
* Prioritise and assign jobs based on urgency, location, and skillset.
* Maintain accurate records: job sheets, quotes, invoices, certifications, and warranties.
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely updates.
* Manage procurement, stock control, and supplier orders to ensure jobs are completed smoothly.
* Track job progress and report key updates to management.
* Support compliance with health & safety and relevant fire/security industry regulations.

Experience & Skills:

* Previous experience in a service coordinator, scheduler, maintenance planner, or similar role.
* Exposure to fire & security, facilities management, or building services is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills - able to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
* IT proficient - confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and scheduling software.

Desirable:

* Experience coordinating reactive maintenance or emergency call-outs.
* Background in customer service or client relationship management.
* Previous experience in a Fire & Security coordination role.
