Role Purpose As a Reward Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our clients global reward strategy. Working closely with the Head of Reward and Reward Consultants, you will provide analytical, operational, and project support across compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Your work will help ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant reward processes that align with business goals and support employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities Assist in the administration of RSU grants and equity plans, including tracking, vesting schedules, employee communications, and regulatory reporting. Support the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, analysis, benchmarking, and coordination of communications. Maintain and enhance reward data tools, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and drive process improvements. Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to support pay review decisions and reward proposals. Provide day-to-day support on compensation and benefits queries, liaising with external vendors as needed. Partner with Finance and HR Operations to support reconciliation, budget forecasting, and payroll alignment. Contribute to reward-related projects such as pay transparency, global mobility, benefits harmonisation, and process documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure global compliance with tax, legal, and reporting obligations. Support employee-facing reward communications and maintain up-to-date process documentation. Key Skills and Competencies Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and the ability to draw insights from complex datasets. Strong attention to detail with experience in maintaining and validating HR/reward data. Familiarity with RSU administration, including vesting schedules and compliance considerations. Basic knowledge of market benchmarking tools and pay transparency initiatives. Effective communicator with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Knowledge of HRIS or compensation tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. At least 2–3 years of experience in a reward, HR, or analytical role, ideally in an international environment. Success Factors Accurate and timely support of RSU and compensation cycle activities.
