Role overview
Join our Regional Control Centre team at Hanningfield Treatment Works to ensure a steady supply of clean drinking water. As a Response Coordinator at Essex & Suffolk Water, you will oversee the water network, respond to operational challenges, monitor and control the network, handle customer calls outside normal hours, produce reports, and escalate issues as needed. The role involves working rotating shifts, requiring a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and professionalism.
