Job Description: Job Title Associate – UK Investment Banking & Corporate Broking: Large-cap team Location London Corporate Title Associate The UK & Ireland investment banking coverage team at Deutsche Bank is a leading UKI-focused corporate broking and advisory franchise across all key investment banking products. Furthermore, Deutsche Bank acts as corporate broker to over 130 clients (70 of which are FTSE350 constituents), making it one of the largest broking franchises and offering clients UKI equity market expertise, unrivalled investor connectivity and market‑leading ECM. The large-cap team predominantly focusses on servicing FTSE100 corporate broking clients, whilst acting on high profile listings and cross-border strategic/M&A matters. On a day-to-day basis you will interact with and advise both retained and target corporate clients, help in the preparation of advisory and pitch decks, and work on a variety of transaction types across the product suite. You will be directly responsible for regular client engagement, managing transaction processes, and assisting in providing regulatory, market-based and corporate finance advice. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues on the wider IBCM platform, including across EMEA and global sector and product teams.
