Job Description Working in the Brand Partnerships division of the company, managing brand activations and onsite brand presence at our events throughout the year. This is an active and diverse role requiring excellent project management, creative and communication skills. Work across a multitude of FMCG brands. Create and project manage brand plans for client approval and execution onsite at events. Working with the different divisions within the business to ensure alignment and brands plans are delivered. Working with brands to achieve their objectives and ROI. Producing detailed P&Ls for each brand plan and activation Producing creative briefs, concepts, and ideas in line with brand objectives and guidelines. Producing and managing brand activations onsite at events, including build and breakdown. Working with external agencies to produce POS and merchandise. Attending and presenting at brand meetings. Managing photography and videography briefs and execution on site at events. Prepare budgets, raise purchase orders, invoices, and responsibility of brand P&Ls. Ensure brand income is managed and within the budget requirements and there is a focus on margins. Ensure brand content is correct, implemented correctly and evidenced at key events. Provide brand support throughout the year with wrap up reviews, meetings, and on-site presence. Build brand relationships year on year to maximise growth and brand investment. This role requires on-site presence at a number of our events throughout the summer months and will require travel across the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. General ad-hoc tasks to support the brand team. Take into consideration sustainable solutions and best practices to ensure we take responsibility for reducing our impact on the environment and support the companywide sustainability strategy. Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an agency or brand environment. Proven account management and project management experience. A creative thinker – good knowledge and understanding of the design process. Ability to prioritise effectively. Great at building client relationships. Ability to work alone and well with others. Strong finance skills and the ability to manage budgets. Excellent time management skills with experience of managing multiple projects effectively. Ability to manage several tasks at the same time with excellent attention to detail. Experience working to brand guidelines. Ability to identify brand needs and offer solutions to drive incremental business. Strong communicator. Experience working with a range of suppliers. Strong negotiation skills.
