We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to lead our staff dining kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a structured schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, while still having opportunities for paid overtime during special events.
Up to 36K per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30.
Location: Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
* Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained
* Step into the Head Chef role when required

* Proven experience as a Sous Chef
* Passion for food and high standards of presentation
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Calm and efficient under pressure
* Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly
* Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
