Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nightclub Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in late night hospitality management, with a passion for music and entertainment. This role requires excellent team leadership skills, an understanding of licensing laws and regulations, and the ability to supervise and train staff effectively accross various sites.
Duties
* Oversee nighttime bar operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and cleanliness are met.
* Be prepared to work a variety of hours. Our set trading shifts are Saturdays 8pm - 5am and occasional bank holiday weekends (boxing night, NYE etc.) Our daytime hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9am - 5pm.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels.
* Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise with quick thinking and a calm, professional approach.
* The job will demand a certain degree of physical ability.
Skills & Qualifications
* We would like applicants to hold a Personal License and understand current Licensing Laws and Regulations regarding our Industry. We will be willing to provide this Personal License course to the right applicant providing they meet other requirements.
* Applicant must be able to drive.
* Preferably at least 2 years experience in a management role within the hospitality sector.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of the nightclub industry.
* A qualification in first aid would be advantageous.
Expected Hours: no less than 35 hours per week
Starting salary from £26,000/ year
*Please note this is a starting salary, upon fining the right candidate and completing a probation period this will be reviewed.
