I am looking for an experienced Amazon PPC specialist to build, launch, and manage advertising campaigns for my newly published anatomy coloring book.
This book is targeted toward medical students, nursing students, and anatomy enthusiasts. My primary goal is to increase organic ranking, drive consistent sales, and maintain a profitable Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS). It has been on Amazon for over a year and it sells between 20-30 units per month, I'm looking to get that number to north of 80
Responsibilities:
- Keyword & Competitor Research: Identify high-converting keywords, competitor ASINs, and relevant categories for targeting.
- Campaign Setup: Build and launch structured Sponsored Products campaigns (Auto and Manual).
- Optimization & Management: Regularly adjust bids, pause underperforming targets, and manage negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend.
- Testing & Scaling: A/B test different targeting strategies and scale the campaigns that deliver the best Return on Ad Spend (RoAS).
- Reporting: Provide bi-weekly and end-of-month updates on campaign performance, KPIs (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPC, ACoS), and actionable next steps.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of building and managing profitable Amazon Ads campaigns.
- Specific experience advertising books on Amazon (Amazon KDP experience is highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of Amazon's A9 search algorithm and bidding strategies.
- Strong communication skills and transparency regarding ad spend and strategy.

Budget & Terms:
- Ad Spend: My initial ad spend budget (paid to Amazon) is $300 per month.
- Management Fee: Please pitch your monthly management rate for this project. I am looking to ramp up the ad spend and scale our partnership as long as positive returns are being shown.
- Duration: Ongoing/Long-term (starting with a 1-month trial period).
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
