Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a Nursing and Rehab Facility in Rutland, VT. This per-diem role involves supporting patients’ daily needs, promoting recovery, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications
* Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
* Licensure/Certifications:
* Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
* Current BLS certification.
* Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living), vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols.
* Soft Skills: Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities.
* Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff.
* Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety.
* Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic care.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
