SEMH Teacher - Permanent Location - Manchester (M9) Pay - Paid to Scale Contract Type - Permanent Contract Start Date - 03/03/2026 (ASAP) About the Role We are seeking a resilient, passionate, and adaptable SEMH PE Teacher who genuinely understands young people and can connect with them beyond the curriculum. This role involves teaching PE across KS2-KS3 to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. ECTs and NQTs are welcomed to apply for this position. You will be someone who can quickly learn the context of the setting, adapt your teaching style, and consistently deliver good to outstanding lessons. The ability to work independently, use initiative, and respond calmly and creatively to challenges is essential. This is not a class-based role. You will deliver 3-4 PE lessons to each class, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching, relationship-building, and real progress rather than form responsibilities.
