Support Worker – Swansea – Full time – 40.25 hours a week - £11.60 to £12.50 an hour

* Meeting residents' physical and emotional needs through a supportive environment;

We are looking for candidates who:

* Have basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication;
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights;
* Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
