What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM to meet business needs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and scheduled jobs to automate processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
* Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
* Familiarity with integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and authentication methods (OAuth, SSO).
* Understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
