The Role: Freelance Prop Maker - Finishing Speciality Location: Cardiff (Workshop based) Freelance Rate: £15 - £18 p/h - dependant on experience Working hours available: 37.5 hours per week 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday About Us: Wild Creations is a leading provider of innovative design, manufacturing, and installation solutions for props and scenery within the entertainment, marketing, and theme park industries. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate items as required as a Prop Maker including, but not limited to; Finishing projects to the highest standard including sanding & filling, scenic paintwork, high-finish spray coatings Applying coatings to structural framework ensuring specified coverage is met Keep records of 'as built' information Assist with test builds where applicable Work on site where required Adhere to allotted schedule and time allowance Adhere to Wild Creations Health & Safety Policy & Procedure Maintain a positive attitude and encourage a positive working environment Maintain a professional manner when addressing Wild Creations Staff, Contractors & Clients Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Prop Making with a specialty in Finishing Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Excellent attention to detail.
