Account Manager / Business Development Manager

Location: Wokingham (office-based with client & partner visits, some hybrid flexibility)
Reporting to: Managing Director

Collab AV is a specialist AV, UC and workplace technology integrator delivering intuitive collaboration solutions across the UK. The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth across our end-user customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for either:

* A developing AV/UC sales professional ready to step into a more client-facing growth role, or

* An experienced salesperson seeking the pace, autonomy and opportunity of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and selling both project-based solutions and long-term services.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow a portfolio of end-user accounts across the corporate and commercial sectors

* Identify and win new business through proactive engagement with clients, consultants and partners

* Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into AV/UC and workplace technology solutions

* Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers in collaboration with technical teams

* Sell solutions icluding professional, support and managed services

* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity

* Represent Collab AV at client meetings, partner engagements and industry events

About You

* Proven experience in AV, UC or workplace technology sales

* Demonstrable track record in business development and/or account management

* Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills

* Commercially driven, proactive and highly self-motivated

* Confident engaging with end-user stakeholders and decision makers

* Experience selling services is advantageous

* CRM and pipeline management experience preferred
