What will I do?
You will be responsible for managing Employee Relations case workload and overseeing the HR administrator. You will provide expert advice aligned with business strategy and support on HR matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
Is this role for me?
* Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
* Good understanding of HR principles
* Strong employment law knowledge
* Ability to analyze HR Metrics, KPIs, and GDPR compliance for Senior Leadership
* Open to new working methods and bringing innovative ideas to improve the HR function
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels
* High integrity and professionalism, with respect and empathy
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Experience in a multi-site business is desirable
