Winner Education are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work in an Alternative Provision school in based in Telford. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis to start immediately. This school cater for children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Carry about class teacher responsibilities
Deliver GCSE and BTEC curriculum
Encourage a positive, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
The successful Cover Supervisor must:
Have previous experience within secondary schools
Hold a QTS or equivalent qualification
Have previous experience within sports
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
Show strong resilience and patience
