Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP systems Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Understanding of enterprise processes across finance, supply chain or operations Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX (desirable) Experience with Sage ERP systems (e.g. Sage Line 500, Sage 200, Sage X3) (desirable) Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments (desirable) Experience with ERP integrations or Azure technologies (desirable) Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools (desirable) Responsibilities: Analyse and document current and future business processes Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams Support ERP configuration and system design discussions Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Produce process documentation and user guides Provide support for existing ERP and production systems Work closely with external implementation partners Technologies: Azure ERP Support Power BI Sage Office 365 Cloud More: We are MCS Group, collaborating with a leading Northern Ireland manufacturing organization that is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation program.
