Telecom Sales Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, Telecom Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth through the strategic sale of our advanced communications portfolio.
This is a role for a hunter—someone who understands the technical nuances of UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS, but also possesses the "dynamic" personality required to close complex deals in a competitive market.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, designing tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
: Proactively identify and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
Solution Design
: Consult with mid-market and enterprise clients to understand their communication pain points and design integrated solutions utilizing UCaaS, CCaaS, and connectivity services.
Product Expertise
: Act as a subject matter expert on our SaaS platforms and general telecom products (SIP, SD-WAN, Fiber,
Negotiation & Closing
: Navigate complex procurement processes, handle objections, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Market Intelligence
: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience within the Telecommunications or Cloud Services industry.
Technical Knowledge: * Deep understanding of Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CCaaS) platforms.
Proficiency in SaaS sales cycles and recurring revenue models.
Familiarity with Connectivity solutions (Leased Lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, and Hosted Voice).
Attributes: A highly dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a self-starter mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical value in simple business terms.
