About the Role: As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages, fostering students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills. You will play a key role in supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes while nurturing their confidence and creativity. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality English lessons that engage and challenge students across relevant key stages. • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum and school policies. • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and achievement. • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles. • Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and wider school activities where required.
