ROLE SUMMARY:
We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Influencer Marketing Strategist with a deep knowledge of social influence and a passion for what’s next. The role is pivotal for our expanding creator and tech led influencer proposition across EMEA. We are looking for a tenacious, inspiring, and passionate individual who is looking for the next step in their career!
We need someone to help our creatives and creators develop ways to breakthrough digital clutter and engage online influencers and collaborate. This means coming up with and launching new products and processes as well as designing strategies that deliver great work.
You will have proven experience developing strategies for influencer campaigns that ‘cut through’ and deliver impact and ROI for our clients. You will build channel recommendations, set KPIs for campaigns based on brand objectives and business need. Social and influencer expertise is a must have in this role along with proven knowledge and passion for the world of influencer marketing.
Strategy Development:
* Responsible for leading our EMEA influencer council, sharing best practice and leading our approach and proposition
* Develop ambitious growth strategies for new business, organic growth and building a stellar team of influence marketing talent
* You will sit at the centre of our EMEA influencer capability and work with all key regional leads to grow and accelerate the offer to our clients
Growth:
* You will be an engine for growth and will lead all significant EMEA influencer new business opportunities
* You will have a track record of driving growth with new and existing clients
* Work with the leadership team to develop case studies and build a central hub for dentsu influence
* Have a point of view on the latest industry trends and developments and how this will impact our clients businesses

Stakeholder Management:
* Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholder across our practice areas including Media, CXM, Dentsu Creative and BX
* Foster a culture of radical collaboration and develop new and effective ways of working
Innovation:
* You will be comfortable leading our platform relationships. This means being up to date in terms of platform updates, culture, and influencer trends and as an innovator you will be always looking for new platform opportunities that we can share with clients, taking our people with you.
* Partner with Tech and Innovation leaders across the dentsu network to support the creative application of new and developing technologies
ABOUT YOU:
* A proven leader with the ability to collaborate and contribute within a global senior team
* You will have a fluency in media, comfortable advising our media teams on the latest paid influencer trends and working with them to further productise their approach as you will with creative teams.
* Able to clearly articulate strategies and plans to senior leaders
* Self-sufficient and entrepreneurial
* A natural leader that can inspire the team around them
* You will have expert knowledge of the technology that powers the influencer world and its creative application for clients
* Track record of delivering growth as well as new GTM propositions
* Experience of contract negotiations and sound commercial understanding
