Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a proactive IT Support Engineer who would like to play a key role in a dynamic and exciting organisation.
The role is responsible for:
* Diagnosing and resolving a broad range of IT service desks requests both remotely and in person, receiving requests from multiple channels.
* Getting new colleagues up to speed with IT systems and offering support, advice and knowledge sharing to all.
* Managing access levels across a range of systems and applications.
* Builds/rebuilds of Laptops, PCs and mobile devices.
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
* Experienced in any three of the following:
* Providing support to a Windows 10, 11, Apple iOS and MacOS client base
* AD and AAD use and administration.
* Knowledge of client hardware
* Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Pardot, Jira, Confluence, Netsuite & associated cloud services
* Relevant network service troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, etc)
The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects, an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
