We have a full time permanent Dietetic Assistant vacancy at the University Lewisham Hospital (UHL), part of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, that could be perfect for you.
You would be joining our team to supportboth adult and paediatric dietitans within our diverse department of 60 dietitians, nutrition nurse specialists, speech and language therapists, dietitian support workers and team administrators who work across our hospital and community services.
Main duties of the job
You will be akey player, helping to deliver consistently high quality care to patients both adult and children, with a range of clinicaland non clinical duties as described in the job description. We are looking for be a good team worker, with goodcommunications skills.
You will be based at Lewisham Hospital, London.The post involves project work on nutritional initiatives and active involvement in audit as well as direct and indirectpatient care.
Previous NHS experience and experience of working alongside dietitians is desirable.
