Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)?
We’re recruiting Support Workers for a specialist alternative provision that delivers education through outdoor learning and therapeutic approaches. Some pupils may have an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), while others may not. All benefit from a tailored, trauma-informed approach to learning and care.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH/SEND
Assist with outdoor, hands-on, and experiential learning activities
Support emotional regulation and promote positive behaviour
Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH and/or SEND
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
