5. Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims.

7. Respond to insurance-related queries from internal stakeholders.
8. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement within insurance administration tasks.
10. Ensure all tasks align with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Insurance Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative role.
12. Ideally a solid understanding of insurance procedures and documentation. You can be trained up in this part of the role if necessary.
13. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
15. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines efficiently.
