We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You'll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals: through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
* Pro-actively support the site and customer's continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
* With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects
Qualifications
* A proven track record as a team leader/first line manager within a fast-paced warehouse environment
* The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
* Adaptability when working in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
* Excellent people skills – our people are what keep our wheels turning and we are extremely proud of our superior workforce

* Any 5 from 7 day shift pattern (typically Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday) – 14:00 to 22:00
