Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd is growing — and we’re looking for a QA Engineer, based predominantly from home, who’s passionate about delivering quality and eager to develop their automation skills.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our Revolution cloud-based platform, collaborating closely with developers, stakeholders, and the wider QA team. You’ll be the voice of quality in your squad — making sure every release meets our high standards and delivers the best possible experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and perform manual testing to validate system functionality and user experience.
* Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
* Conduct regression and end-to-end testing for deployment.
* Collaborate with developers and support teams to investigate and resolve issues.
* Contribute to test automation usingPlaywright, Typescript.
* Attend regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure clear communication and coordination.
* Communicate testing progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
* Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
* Experience using at least one test management tool (ideally Azure DevOps).
* Clear communicator with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
* Confident in developing and maintaining detailed test cases and test plans.
* Able to meet pre-employment screening requirements (right to work, DBS, credit checks, etc.).
