Category Sales Development Manager, Huntingdon

Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a Category Sales Development Manager!

We work in partnership with leading brands, and due to recent expansion, we have an opportunity with our client Procter & Gamble.

Perfect Store Team - Electrical & Skin Category (Oral B, Braun & Olay)

Salary: £27,300 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card

Location: PE28 (Huntingdon)

Territory: CB2, CB5, CB7, CB10, CB24, NN8, NN10, NN15, NN16, NN17, NN18, PE1, PE7, PE15, PE19, SG8, SG18

We seek a focused individual to become a category expert in Electrical, Beauty & Skin Care, to ensure product availability, educate store staff, grow sales, and execute in-store strategies effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to maximize opportunities within your assigned stores.

In this role, you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with store contacts, providing solutions through effective communication. Skills in negotiation and category management will help increase sales and generate positive ROI. Knowledge of retail sectors and category management is desirable.


Responsibilities:

* Influence product availability & visibility through process implementation and compliance.
* Create in-store excellence and execute sales strategies for EB & Skin Care categories.
* Act as the main contact for EB & Skin Care in your stores, building relationships with key decision-makers.
* Analyze sales performance and develop tailored action plans.
* Provide insights into in-store categories.


Additional Details:

This role involves regular team meetings, communication with colleagues, and predominantly fieldwork building relationships with retail outlets. Autonomy and self-motivation are important.


Candidate Requirements:

* Field experience in Grocery/High Street sectors.
* Passion for sales and brand portfolios.
* Business development and sales experience.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
* Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
* Proven initiative and achievement record.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
