Finatal are working with a £20m t/ software business backed by Private Equity who are searching for an Interim FD on a part-time basis. With the business currently in a leveraged position you will be tasked with managing the existing debt and covenants, leading the existing small finance function as well as improving reporting to the investors and senior management. You will ideally have a track record with PE backed businesses, debt management, recurring revenue, WIP accounting and improving reporting and MI. HQ’d in the Guildford area you will be working 3-4 days per week required to be on site 2 days per week.
