Who You Are We are looking for a motivated and driven Clerk of Works (Post-inspector) with experience in the rehabilitation of void properties within the Social Housing sector. You will work with a team of surveyors and letting officers to assist in achieving the corporate void turnaround times. What the Job Involves Key responsibilities include visiting void properties to pre and post inspect, writing up specifications using schedule of rates, ensuring empty homes are let to a high standard in minimum turnaround time, managing the works process for voids, and working closely and effectively with contractors and other stakeholders. You will also monitor contractor performance in terms of quality and value for money, and use relevant IT systems to ensure accurate reporting and data for performance management.
