Your new company We are looking for a Skilled Groundworker / Labourer to join a civilians team on a long-term temp-to-perm contract. The role involves hands-on work across drainage, ducting, and water system installations, supporting experienced site teams on a busy, fast-paced civil engineering project across North Wales. Your new role Assisting with installation of drainage systems and water infrastructure Trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and general groundwork Supporting trades and machine operators Maintaining a safe, clean working environment Following site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times What you'll need to succeed ? Proven experience in civils / groundwork? Comfortable working on drainage and water system installations ? Full UK Driving Licence (essential) ?
