Our client is an automotive business which is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Selby area. This is a well established site with a good reputation locally.
What is needed as an Aftersales Manager:
8. Have experience of working as Aftersales Manager or Service Manager in a dealership.
9. Experienced and able to help your team with guidance, training and appraisals to get them to the levels they are able to.
10. Can help your team to reach the KPI’s and targets that have been set for departments.
11. Able to identify areas of where improvement in budgets and performance is needed and can be achieved.
12. Can use Microsoft office packages to produce reports when needed.
13. Able to focus and manage the customer service and satisfaction.
