Logistics Coordinator:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a growing operations team based in Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in logistics, transport planning, supply chain coordination, or customer service who is looking to develop their career with a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, coordinating shipments, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and carriers, and supporting the wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities
• Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant transport regulations.
• Experience using ERP, logistics, or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a logistics, transport, supply chain or coordination role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
