Construction Manager
Residential & Mixed-Use Developments | Permanent
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits (depending on experience)
We are working in partnership with a well-established and ambitious construction and development management business to recruit an experienced Construction Manager.

The Role
As Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the construction delivery of multiple projects or a large flagship scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Overall management of site teams, including Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers
*
Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety across projects
*
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth site operations
*
Working closely with commercial, design, and client teams
*
Driving build quality, compliance, and best practice on site
*
Supporting project planning, sequencing, and problem-solving
*
Playing a key role in mentoring and developing site management staff
About You
*
Proven experience in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager role
*
Strong background in residential or mixed-use developments
*
Excellent knowledge of construction processes and site management
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential
*
Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
