You will support people both in their home and in their local communities and we have a range of working patterns to suit you, including full time, part time and flexible opportunities.

About the people and their home

People in Grange Court enjoy doing a large range of activities, from bowling to beach days, to watching the latest film in the cinema. They love going on local walks, burger van visits, shopping and seeing family. A few people we support enjoy trampolining and swimming too! Our team get the people we support involved in house activities such as cooking and go for plenty of meals out.

Support Workers at Grange Court promote people's independence, supporting them to fulfil their goals and live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.
