We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour in Monmouth.The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff. What The Post Requires
* A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare
* At least 1 years supervisory experience with Staff in a Children's Home
* NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce
* Extensive knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour
