We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Grimsby DN37 9TS.
Pay rates and typical working hours
* Packout Operatives pay rates: Standard: £12.53p/h | Nights: £13.03 p/h (from 10:00pm to 6am) | Overtime: £16.66 p/h
* Skilled - Batching, Cooking, High Risk positions, training provided from day 1: Standard: £13.52 p/h | Nights: £14.02 p/h (from 10:00pm to 6am) | Overtime: £17.98 p/h
Following a shift pattern Days and Nights in rotation
* Flexible shifts available - 12 hours shifts
* Mornings 06:00 -18:00
* Nights 18:00 - 06:00
* Weekend shifts available Days or Nights
Responsibilities and expectations
* Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert)
* Be able to clearly communicate good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly
* Respect at work: respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct
* Respect company property
* Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
* Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
* Report any near misses or hazards to your manager; protect yourself and protect others—see it, say it, report it
* Ability to work under pressure
