We’re recruiting Support Workers to join a warm, supportive team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children in residential care. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same and your impact truly matters.
The Role

Provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people

Create a safe, positive, and structured environment

Support with routines, education, activities, and independent living skills

Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in children’s residential care is desirable but not essential
