The Opportunity
Care Visions is seeking a high-calibre Interim Marketing Lead to bring strategic clarity, energy and direction to its marketing function. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will take ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning and performance, providing hands-on leadership during a period of growth and change. This role will suit a commercially minded marketing leader who can quickly assess what’s working, bring cohesion to activity and deliver meaningful impact within a defined timeframe.
What You Will Be Doing

* Conducting a full marketing and brand audit to assess current activity and capability
\t
* Developing a clear, prioritised and insight-led marketing strategy and roadmap
\t
* Strengthening and differentiating the Care Visions brand across audiences and channels
\t
* Improving digital marketing capability, performance and reporting
\t
* Introducing clear ROI metrics and optimising marketing spend
\t
* Supporting engagement with local authorities, commissioners and key stakeholders
\t
* Coordinating internal resources across communications, social and content
\t
* Leading brand workshops and cross organisational initiatives
\t
* Shaping marketing approaches for new services, revenue streams and geographies
You will lead and support a small, capable delivery team, acting as the strategic lead and providing focus, pace and accountability.
About You
\t
* Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within complex or regulated environments
\t
* Strong digital marketing expertise with a performance and data-led mindset
\t
* Proven ability to shape and deliver strategy in fast moving organisations
\t
* Confidence to influence, align and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
\t
* Experience of brand repositioning, transformation or change programmes
