The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the business through its next phase of operational and cultural growth.The roleReporting into senior leadership, the Head of HR will take ownership of the overall HR function within a fast-paced operational environment, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations across manufacturing, warehousing and head office teams.The successful candidate will be commercially minded, operating as a true business partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring the HR function continues to support the business effectively during a significant period of growth and expansion.This role will involve managing a broad HR remit, including employee relations, performance management, absence management, compliance, engagement initiatives, organisational change, and leadership support.
