Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. The Gardener will be responsible for planting, pruning, lawn care, and overall landscape maintenance to ensure healthy, attractive gardens and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns
* Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune plants, and remove weeds
* Prepare soil, beds, and compost for planting
* Monitor plant health and treat pests or diseases as needed
* Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good condition
* Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe
* Follow seasonal gardening schedules and instructions
* Assist with landscape improvements and garden design projects
Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
* Basic knowledge of plants, soil care, and irrigation systems
* Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
