Experience defining and using adoption metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive interventions. Responsibilities: Design and own the D365 change management strategy and plan. Create a formal change management approach covering communications, change impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, phased rollouts and steering committee interactions. Support the Global Process Owners to ensure end-to-end processes are defined and adopted in a consistent and effective way across the Group. Enable change measurement and KPI reporting by defining appropriate adoption KPIs and monitoring leading indicators to uncover blockers and guide interventions. Use feedback from existing deployments, and from testing in ongoing deployments, to refine training and processes for future rollouts. Support regional governance, compliance and adoption needs. Develop and run role-based training and upskilling programs. Define persona-based training paths, deliver onboarding, hands-on scenario workshops and microlearning to accelerate time to proficiency. Drive adoption sustainment through continuous coaching, periodic refresher training and a roadmap for incremental capability adoption. Establish and operate a super-user/champion network to support the business and drive ongoing continuous improvement.
