About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in every client’s day. You'll thrive if you:
* Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1+ year of professional experience in threading
* Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service
* Are happy offering all of the treatments above as part of your role
* Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services
* Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques
