Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Grays, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a professional, UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who have recently won new business in the South East region. They are seeking a qualified and switched-on Asbestos Surveyor to cover a range of commercial and domestic client sites. You will suit this role if you have strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience, and ideally seeking to join a respected and successful outfit. Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong history of working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited company
- Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines
- Good time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient in the use of IT software, such as: Microsoft office and TEAMS
The Role:
- Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
- Sampling for asbestos on site
- Producing thorough technical survey reports, including floorplans
- Providing detailed technical advice to clients, and answering any technical queries
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Ensuring to meet deadlines and targets
- Travelling in line with company requirements
- Upholding the company's morals and ethics
