Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Appointments Administrator to join the team at Beacon Counselling based in Stockport SK1 3DL.

Hours: 20 per week

Salary: £12.60 per hour

This is an onsite position with a regular working pattern between the hours of 8:30am and 9:15pm, Monday to Thursday and between 8:30am and 6:00pm on Fridays.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for managing schedules, co-ordinating appointments and ensuring our appointment services runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Provide confidential and sensitive appointments for clients
2. Respond to enquires from members of the public
3. Arrange consultations, manage cancellations and maintain accurate appointment records
4. Provide a friendly reception for clients and visitors
5. Take and record payments and donations
6. Cash up daily
7. Support with general admin tasks and recruitment of counsellors and volunteers

Qualifications

Previous experience of working within a busy office environment is essential for this role. You will have strong organisational and time management skills and excellent communication both verbally and in written form. You must have good IT Skills and knowledge of Office 356, share point and the use of a CRM database (or equivalent)

We are looking for individuals who have an eye for detail and the ability to work methodically when under pressure and in accordance with deadlines.
