CHEF DE PARTIE: PART-TIME
Kite at The Red Hart is a neighbourhood gastropub serving high quality British cuisine across our daily menus and events. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic chef de partie to join our small kitchen team.
* Position: Chef de Partie
* Start Date: October 2025
* Hours: 30 (Friday-Sunday)
* Experience required: Chef de partie (1 year)
* Salary: £13-14 per hour + TRONC depending on experience.
* Languages: English
THE ROLE, CHEF DE PARTIE
* Supporting the head chef in smooth daily operation, budgets, ordering and stock rotation
* Being a food enthusiast, passionate about upcoming food trends
* Providing reliability and a genuine enthusiasm towards our industry
* Managing food GP in line with our zero waste goals
* Maintain and promote health and safety, and our workplace values
* Assist the team in the smooth running of shifts and provide support to management as required
